Donna Harmon Retires After 20 Dedicated Years

Donna Harmon, Resident Sales Counselor retired on October 15, 2020 after 20 dedicated years of service. A small retirement party was held by the Sales & Marketing and Management team. Donna began her Village Shalom career in July 2000 as Payroll Accountant and transferred to the Sales and Marketing team in 2006. Donna has a realness about her that resonated with clients, staff and residents. Donna greeted everyone she encountered with a warm and inviting smile and was always encouraging to staff. Donna was often assigned to conducted tours for newly hired staff during general orientation. Her calm and positive nature combined with her wealth of Village Shalom knowledge really engaged new staff members. Donna said she is looking forward to quilting and enjoying her grandkids.
